Perfect pan-seared or grilled. The Sirloin is cut from the sub primal to the short loin. An anecdote of its name is, when King James I of England was impress by the quality of his steak, he knighted the loin of beef which was referred thereafter as “ Sir Loin”.

Our beef is in the freezer at Cattleman’s Pantry, the family’s general store on historic Route 40, a mile over the hill from the farm. Pick what you need by the pound. Prices are posted in the store and change with the market, so we don’t print them here.
